The property comprises (on the 2nd floor); 2 Main Bedroom Suites; the Sunrise Suite (352 sq. ft) has 1 King bed and ensuite bathroom and a delightful rain shower with ocean views with a 50" TV & Blue Ray. Beyond the rain shower is an outdoor shower overlooking the ocean. The Sunset Suite has 2 Queen beds (275 sq. ft) with a 32" TV & Blue Ray. Both suites will accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The Great Room comprises a large entertainment center with a new 55" LG Smart TV, Apple TV, numerous family movies ~ BluRay discs, books and games for family fun. The Dining area has a large rectangular table to comfortably seat 6 - 8 guests, and a well equipped bar. The hand crafted Island Kitchen boasts every modern convenience imaginable including additional Convection oven and instant hot and ice cold water dispenser for your convenience.
The Pirates Den/Home Theatre/'man cave' (350 sq. ft), located within the main house on the first floor, directly beneath the Sunset Room. Although an integral part of the villa, it is accessed from the outside via a separate entrance, and comprises a private area perfect for a break from the sun or for watching family movies on a 65" TV with Bose CineMate GS Series II, sound system. The Pirate's Den is also the perfect place for extended family or older children wanting their own space. For those traveling with staff - Private Pilot, Nanny etc., this is the ideal situation where everyone has their own private accommodations. The Pirates Den comprises a cozy bedroom, with 2 twin beds, ensuite bathroom and a separate living area, with a very comfy oversized L shaped sofa. This self contained hideout also has its own kitchenette complete with fridge/freezer, water cooler and every appliance necessary for sustenance!
Bonefish Cottage (additional charges will apply, please inquire), 550 sq. ft., consists of 2 bedrooms, (50", 40" TV's, Roku & Blue Ray), 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and large sundeck, all with spectacular views! Built on pilings at a 10ft elevation, it provides magnificent panoramic views of Savannah Sound. This totally separate, secluded Cottage is in the front garden of Ocean Daze Estate, on the west side of our property. It is close to our newer 70' dock on Savannah Sound. This cozy Cottage will accommodate up to 4 guests, in 2 bedrooms both with large TV's with large bathroom and a living room with stunning views throughout. The Island style, fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast bar for dining with a view. Boat rental is available for endless fishing (Bonefish Flats galore) or exploring fun on the marine protected estuary, just steps away! This luxury Cottage is only for rent in conjunction with Ocean Daze Villa for special events during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

In the event that the island water goes down, we have a back up water cistern that will supply water for all your needs. In late February, we will be installing a new commercial quality, whole house, back-up generator. This will ensure that your vacation experience is the best possible, in the event that the island power supply is interrupted.
